Privacy Statement

This is a Government of Singapore digital service.

We recognise and respect your need for privacy and security as you visit our site. When you visit our site to view any pages, you do so without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information.

If you are only browsing this website, we do not capture data that allows us to identify you individually. While we do not collect identifying information about visitors to our site, we do use standard software (“cookies”) to collect information for the strict purpose of tracking activity on our site. This allows us to better understand how many people use our site and which pages and features are most popular. The only information we normally collect and store is:

  • The name of your Internet service provider.
  • The web site that referred you to us (if any).
  • The date and time the pages were accessed.
  • The page or pages you requested.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of this website.

There are instances where you may elect to provide us with personal information. For example, do note that when you register on our forms, some information such as your name and email address are required in order to participate.

If you choose to make an application (including to take part in our contests), fill out one of our feedback forms, or send us an email for which you provide us with personally identifiable data, we may share necessary data with other Government Agencies, so as to serve you in a most efficient and effective way, unless such sharing is prohibited by law. We will NOT share your personal data with non-Government entities, except where such entities have been authorised to carry out specific Government services.

For your convenience, we may also display to you data you had previously supplied us or other Government Agencies. This will speed up the transaction and save you the trouble of repeating previous submissions. Should the data be out-of-date, please supply us the latest data.

For any enquires or feedback on our data protection policies and procedures, or if you require more information on or access to the data which you have earlier provided to us, please send your feedback to:
